The suit claims that Khan Sir publicly discussed and revealed details about the school attended by Kashyap's child during the controversy.Kashyap has argued that the information had no connection to the public debate and unnecessarily exposed her family to unwanted attention."The Plaintiff's child has been exposed to unwanted attention and security concerns solely because of the Defendants' reckless conduct.
