Jana Sena Party president K. Pawan Kalyan has dissolved the party’s Nellore district committee with immediate effect following complaints about lack of discipline among the leaders and their behaviour, which is found to be contrary to the party’s rules and policies.A JSP release said the Jana Sainiks expressed their anguish, stating that while they were attracted to and supported the party because of its ideology and policies, the attitude of the district leaders had been objectionable and was troubling the grassroots workers.Taking a serious note of these complaints, Mr. Kalyan disbanded all the district, city, mandal, and village-level committees in the combined Nellore district. It was stated that the JSP central office would monitor the party affairs until a new committee was appointed. The party’s Prakasam district committee had also been dissolved recently on similar grounds. Published - June 07, 2026 08:07 pm IST
