Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang forecast several partnerships with Korean conglomerate SK — including chipmaker SK hynix and telecom operator SK Telecom — at a return fried chicken dinner on Sunday.
It was Huang's second visit to the same restaurant where an initial dinner took place in October last year, when he dined with two Korean heavyweights — Samsung Electronics Executive Chairman Lee Jae-yong and Hyundai Motor Group Executive Chairman Euisun Chung — for
chimaek, the Korean term for fried chicken and beer.
This time, SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won, along with representatives from SK affiliates including SK hynix and SK Telecom, met Huang separately at fried chicken chain Kkanbu Chicken's Samsung branch in Gangnam District, southern Seoul.
