Veteran actor James Handy died on Wednesday at 81 after being stabbed, according to a release from the Los Angeles Police Department, who identified the suspect as the son of Hardy’s girlfriend. Handy’s talent agent, Pam Ellis-Evenas, confirmed the news to NBC. “With great sadness, I can confirm that the gentleman who was attacked and killed on Wednesday in Tarzana was the actor James Handy,” she said.
