International Booker Prize winner, Deepa Bhasthi, will deliver a lecture at the Kudmul Ranga Rao Town Hall in Mangaluru on June 9 at 10.30 a.m.Ms. Bhasthi will speak on the topic: ‘Thinking as dissent: Some thoughts on language and the world’.In a press release, the P.P. Gomati Memorial Trust said her lecture will be part of the P.P. Gomati Memorial lecture series.Mangaluru University Vice-Chancellor P.L. Dharma will preside over the programme, the release stated.
