It comes after she made a fresh start by moving out of the council house she first lived in when she auditioned for the ITV talent show 17 years ago.‌Unpacking her life following her rise to superstardom in a new interview, she touched on her love life and squashed fan speculation that she was due to get married, after being seen with a ring on her finger.Susan laughed when she was quizzed if it was an engagement ring, telling the Sun: “What is it, grab a grandad? Come on! Who said I am getting engaged? It’s too late for that. I don’t have the time for a ­boyfriend. But watch this space.”‌When she auditioned for BGT, she joked she had never been kissed. And 17 years on, she is determined to stick to traditional values when it comes to dating - avoiding the apps.“I’ll keep going, but I won’t use anything like Tinder,” she continued. “The only Tinder I know is a tinderbox. I don’t do that kind of cherry-picking online and I won’t do that.
