Allen Control Systems Raises $200 Million Series B at $2.2 Billion Post-Money Valuation to Scale Manufacturing and Accelerate Deployment of Bullfrog

ACS’s Autonomous Weapon Station Selected by U.S. and Allied Militaries

Allen Control Systems (ACS), a leader in autonomous precision robotics, today announced it has raised a $200 million Series B, valuing the company at $2.2 billion post-money. The funding will be used to scale manufacturing and accelerate deployment of its autonomous weapon station, Bullfrog, for the United States and allied militaries, as well as advance development of new product lines. The round was led by Smash Capital, with participation from existing investors Craft Ventures, Rally Ventures, Inspired Capital, and others.

Bullfrog addresses the expanding and urgent threat of unmanned systems by increasing the effectiveness of the most widely used existing weapons systems, including the standard M240 machine gun. The autonomous weapon station combines AI, computer vision, and precision robotics to execute the full kill chain up to Group 3 UAS.

ACS has received contracts through Joint Interagency Task Force 401 and allied military customers, and Bullfrog is already deployed with the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. Bullfrog demonstrated a 100 percent success rate during Technology Readiness Experiment 2026 (T-REX 26-1), one of the U.S. Department of War’s premier counter-drone testing events.
