A second explosion occurred near Romania's port of Constanța after an uncrewed surface vessel exploded there on Friday, while another two drones exploded on the Ukrainian side of the Black Sea.

Details: Sources reported explosions involving four drones, while Constanța County Prefect Adrian Picoiu said there may have been as many as five.
"At this point, four drones have exploded – one in the port, one near the port at around 11:00, and two on the Ukrainian side," the sources quoted said, without providing further details.
