While abroad, a co-worker introduced Barthwal to Baz Mohammad, and upon his return, the two allegedly partnered to orchestrate the illegal supply of weapons and narcotics.Police have registered the case under FIR No. 91, dated May 24, 2026, invoking Sections 21-C and 29 of the NDPS Act alongside Sections 25 (6, 7, 8) of the Arms Act at the Amritsar cantonment police station.
