Russian forces carried out a drone strike on vehicles belonging to the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, injuring one employee.
Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Russian terrorists carried out another strike on a humanitarian mission. The occupiers attacked vehicles of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society using a drone," the statement said.
Preliminary information indicates that a 50-year-old employee of the organization was injured in the attack.
Prokudin said Russia is once again demonstrating its "true nature" by targeting clearly marked volunteer transport, calling it a war crime.
