A California woman was outraged over her car-buying experience at an Audi dealership. Here’s what happened and why she is so upset by it.

Ashly Guardino (@ashlyguardino) recently posted a video detailing her complaints on TikTok. According to Guardino, she purchased a vehicle from Audi Riverside in Riverside, California, in January.

Due to the fact that she wasn’t financing, Guardino says she expected the transaction to be “really quick.” Instead, she claims it took four hours.

Guardino reveals her issue is with the salesperson she says she worked with, Matt. In her opinion, the transaction took as long as it did because Matt was “lagging” in an effort to spend more time with her.

How does she know that? Well, she says that when he asked for her insurance information, he told her to send it to a specific phone number. After she sent it, she says, he revealed that it was his personal number.
