Arch Insurance North America Deepens Commitment to Wholesale Partners with Leadership Appointments
Arch Insurance North America (Arch Insurance, Arch) today announced a series of leadership and distribution appointments designed to strengthen its Wholesale platform and support long-term growth in the Excess & Surplus (E&S) market.
As part of these changes, Jason Conkin has been promoted to the new position of Division President – Wholesale Property & Casualty where he will lead underwriting and expansion of profitable growth initiatives for E&S lines. Mike Ward has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Head of E&S Casualty and will report to Conkin, as will Joe Morrello, Executive Vice President, Head of E&S Property.
Jared Stacey has also been named Senior Vice President, Head of Wholesale Distribution, reporting to Sue Srinivasan, Executive Vice President, Distribution. Stacey will be responsible for coordinating Wholesale distribution strategy, enhancing alignment with underwriting teams and delivering a more consistent experience for Wholesale partners.
