Clean air, punctual trains and a quieter commuteAs per the post, one of the biggest advantages of living in Japan is the consistently good air quality, which is almost nil in India. Ankit Purohit claimed that residents here enjoy the privilege of clean air throughout the day, with AQI levels often remaining below 50. Another aspect that impressed the IT professional was Japan’s highly efficient public transport system. Ankit Purohit noted that trains in the country are so punctual that they operate according to the second, significantly reducing the chances of commuters being delayed. He also highlighted the quiet and disciplined environment inside trains, where passengers avoid making unnecessary noise, speaking loudly, and playing music, making daily travel a comfortable experience.Paid overtime, quality healthcare and safetyAnkit Purohit further praised Japan's work culture, pointing out that the office culture here does not feel overly stressful or burdensome.
