For 57-year-old Kogie Reddy, a single mother whose life has been shattered by the continuous water outages, Reddy detailed the immense personal cost of what she calls the municipality’s neglect, which has intensified her grief following the recent death of her eldest son.
She links the physical exertion of hauling water up her steep driveway to his passing.
