Bondi Beach terror attack hero Ahmed al Ahmed has been accused of assaulting and intimidating his father months after an alleged incident at a home in Sydney’s south-west.

Ahmed was issued a court attendance notice on Wednesday for domestic violence-related offences of common assault and stalk or intimidate intending fear of physical harm.

The charge came months after the alleged assault at a Bankstown home on March 9, which police say was reported almost a week later. Ahmed is due to appear before Bankstown Local Court on July 29.

It comes after his brothers Hozifa al Ahmed, 35, and Sameh al Ahmed, 33, appeared at the same court in May, charged with verbally threatening their 44-year-old brother.
