VC Circle by iQue, a curated venture ecosystem platform has announced that it has forayed into Bengaluru to support the startup and investment landscape in the city.The launch event saw the participation of over 40 venture capital firms and ecosystem leaders representing a combined Assets Under Management (AUM) of more than $2.6 billion, the platform said. CEO Harikrishnan R., in a statement, said: “The vision behind building a global venture ecosystem goes beyond funding and focuses on meaningful collaboration, cross-border opportunities, strategic relationships, and long-term value creation.”Ankit Saxena (FITT IIT Delhi) said, “The efforts of iQue VC Circle in advancing the next phase of India’s venture ecosystem is by fostering stronger collaboration among founders, academia, investors, and innovation-driven communities.”He emphasised the importance of connected ecosystems that can accelerate startup growth through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and strategic access to capital.At a time when India continues to produce globally recognised startups and unicorns, VC Circle Bengaluru positioned itself as a platform focused on strengthening the ecosystem, the platform said.The launch comes at a time when India’s startup ecosystem is maturing and investors are increasingly looking beyond ideas and early traction, it added. “The focus is shifting toward sustainable scale, governance, ecosystem support, founder quality, and long-term value creation,” it added.“VC Circle Bengaluru reflected a larger transformation taking place across India’s startup landscape, one where venture capital is becoming more collaborative, ecosystem-oriented, and strategically interconnected than ever before,” the platform said.
