The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening international defence partnerships following a high-level visit by participants of India’s National Defence College (NDC) to its headquarters in Abuja.
The delegation, comprising senior military officers and strategic-level participants from the prestigious New Delhi-based institution, visited the Headquarters Nigerian Air Force on Tuesday as part of an international study tour aimed at deepening understanding of global security dynamics and defence management.
Receiving the delegation on behalf of the Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Sunday Kelvin Aneke, the Chief of Air Intelligence, N.N Ananaba, a Vice Marshal, on Wednesday, highlighted the importance of defence diplomacy and professional military exchanges in addressing evolving security challenges.
Led by Anvita Sinha, the visiting team was briefed on the structure, operational responsibilities, and strategic roles of the Nigerian Air Force, including its ongoing transformation initiatives and operational engagements across various theatres of operation.
