UAE-headquartered G42's AI cloud company, Core42, has expanded its AI cluster in the US.
Located at the Lake Mariner site in Buffalo, New York, Core42 has increased the compute capacity at the site by 42MW, bringing it to 60MW.

The Lake Mariner data center is operated by TeraWulf, which signed a capacity agreement with Core42 in January 2025. At the time, it was said to be for more than 70MW of capacity at the site, which is targeting 750MW at full build-out.
Under that original agreement, Core42 retains a time-limited option for an additional 135MW capacity delivered in early 2026.
