Thomas Tuchel has challenged his players to write a “new chapter” in English football history.
Three Lions boss Tuchel made a powerful speech to the players after they arrived at their Florida training base to prepare for the World Cup.
Jordan Pickford revealed Tuchel sent a clear message that England can win the trophy and told the players to get over every hurdle - but insisted they can go all the way. England keeper Pickford said: “That’s out main goal. It is for everyone, to win and that is our main goal. The manager said we're here for ten days in Miami. We've got two friendly warm up games, so that's our first chapter.
“I think there's going to be a few chapters along the way to get the final, we're going to have to take each chapter as it comes and each hurdle as it comes. And I think that's the message - we know what our end goals is.
