One Homes, the UK-based real estate group behind Lahore’s most expensive residential address, has announced a new $35 million investment in a luxury high-rise development in Lahore - marking the company’s return to the city following the successful delivery of One Canal Road.
One Homes has acquired a prime site on Raiwind Road, where the developer will launch its next landmark residential project in Lahore. The acquisition follows the successful handover of One Canal Road, the group’s flagship development in the city, designed by internationally renowned Miami based architect Kobi Karp and featuring interiors by Versace Ceramics.
The project established a new benchmark for luxury residential pricing in Lahore. A 10,000 square foot sky villa within the development has since been listed at Rs1 billion, making it the most expensive penthouse ever offered in Pakistan.
Located in Lahore West on Raiwind Road, one of the city’s principal thoroughfares, the site offers direct access to central Lahore. It is situated just 10 minutes from Canal Road and 10 minutes from the Lahore Ring Road, the 85 kilometre orbital motorway connecting the city’s major districts to the national motorway network. Few locations offer this level of connectivity while remaining within an established residential corridor long favoured by Lahore’s most discerning families.
