Oxford Quantum Circuits Closes £260 Million Series C Round to Scale Superconducting Quantum Infrastructure Globally

UK-headquartered hardware developer Oxford Quantum Circuits has finalized an oversubscribed £260 million ($350 million) Series C funding round, representing the largest private capital raise for a quantum computing entity in European history. Led by Bullhound Capital, the financing loop includes public and private institutional tranches from the British Business Bank, Fynveur (advised by Invus), COFIDES, RCM Private Markets Fund (managed by Rokos Capital Management), and Fulcrum Asset Management, alongside existing venture backers Oxford Science Enterprises and SBI. The capital injection positions OQC to scale its international footprint of data-center-deployed quantum hardware and accelerate the commercialization of its superconducting processor architecture.
