The National Soccer League (NSL) on Wednesday confirmed that the CANAL+ Group has extended its contract to broadcast the Premier Soccer League (PSL) live on SuperSport across Sub-Saharan Africa.

CANAL+, as the new owner of the MultiChoice Group, now adds the premier football service to its portfolio.

The PSL 2025/2026 drew to a close last month with Orlando Pirates finally ending the eight-season stranglehold Mamelodi Sundowns had on the Betway Premiership.

The PSL, with SuperSport, currently broadcasts the Betway Premiership matches live, along with all domestic cup competitions (MTN8, Carling Knockout, and Nedbank Cup) in addition to the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
