ByteDance and Oracle have purchased unspecified quantities of Arm’s data center AGI CPU.
The revelation was made by Arm CEO Rene Haas during the Computex event currently taking place in Taiwan.

Arm launched its first-ever data center CPU in March 2026.
Co-designed with Meta to support “agentic AI infrastructure,” the Arm AGI CPU represents the first time in the company’s 35-year history that it has produced its own chip, a departure from its traditional business model of designing and licensing out its chip IP to companies.
