Details: Reports indicate that at several districts in Belgorod Oblast, Rosneft petrol stations have stopped allowingAI-92 petrol to be dispensed into jerry cans, describing this as an "internal ban in effect across the Rosneft filling station network". Residents report that stations are also refusing to allow vehicles to be filled up.

Maksim Gusev, the oblast's Minister of Economic Development, stated the restrictions had been introduced "to ensure safety during the sale of fuel".
