A total of 263 combat engagements between Ukrainian forces and Russian invaders were recorded along the frontline on June 2.

That is according to a morning update published by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Facebook on June 3, Ukrinform reports.

Russian forces launched one missile strike involving 73 missiles and carried out 80 airstrikes, dropping 252 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they deployed 9,735 kamikaze drones and conducted 3,156 attacks, including 55 using multiple launch rocket systems.

Ukraine's Air Force, missile troops, and artillery struck two Russian troop concentration areas, two command posts, four artillery systems, and five drone control centers.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, one combat engagement was recorded. Russian forces carried out two airstrikes using three guided bombs and launched 76 attacks, including two with multiple launch rocket systems.
