Exit poll results for the ninth nationwide local elections and parliamentary by-elections will be released at 6 p.m. sharp on Wednesday, immediately after polls close, while the first vote counting results are expected later in the evening.

Voting began at 6 a.m. Wednesday at polling stations across the country and will continue until 6 p.m.
