Global Real Assets Trust Announces Special Redemption Opportunity
Starlight Investments Capital GP Inc. ("Starlight Capital"), on behalf of Global Real Assets Trust (the “Trust”), announced today that it will be offering a special redemption opportunity for unitholders of the Trust (the “Special Redemption”) in accordance with the fourth amended and restated declaration of trust of the Trust dated September 29, 2025 (the “Declaration of Trust”).
Pursuant to the Special Redemption, unitholders will have the opportunity to redeem their units at a redemption price per unit equal to 100% of the net asset value per applicable unit on June 30, 2026, less any costs and expenses incurred by the Trust in order to fund such redemption payment. The redemption price will be payable in cash for redemptions of up to $23,750,000, being 50% of the net proceeds of the Trust’s preferred unit offering completed on May 29, 2026. The Special Redemption is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to this aggregate cash redemption limit.
