Ardent Health (NYSE: ARDT) (“Ardent Health” or the “Company”), a leading provider of healthcare in growing mid-sized urban communities across the U.S., today announced that Dave Caspers has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Caspers, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer, succeeds Marty Bonick, who has stepped down to pursue other opportunities. In addition, Mr. Caspers has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors.
