ESRT is the only 2026 Green Lease Leader to have been an original Platinum winner, and has maintained this distinction since the Platinum tier was introduced in 2022
Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT) announced that it was selected as a 2026 Platinum Green Lease Leader by the Institute for Market Transformation (IMT), a recognition level that it has maintained since the new tier was introduced in 2022. With this award, ESRT is recognized for its integration of high-performance leasing and sustainability practices across 100% of its office, retail, and multifamily portfolio which deliver energy efficiency, cost savings, enhanced indoor environmental air quality, and sustainability for tenants.
