Sixtus Chinenye Odinaka, popularly known as "Mayor," has alleged a cover-up in the autopsy conducted on his remains, accusing police authorities and medical officials of attempting to conceal the true circumstances surrounding his death after he was allegedly arrested and detained by operatives of the state police command.
