Loop TV has completed the acquisition of the former Loop Media assets and launched a newly independent operating company under new leadership focused on venue-based media growth, platform modernization, and expanded advertising solutions for local businesses.

Loop TV will operate independently while leveraging strategic technology, commercialization, and operational support from affiliated companies Fuzebox.AI and VIP Play, Inc. The relationship is expected to accelerate product development, platform modernization, and new advertiser and venue engagement capabilities.

Loop TV operates a venue-based signage, video and advertising network reaching more than 5,000 bars, restaurants, gyms, hotels, retail locations, point-of-care waiting rooms, and schools and universities nationwide. The network delivers millions of monthly consumer impressions across hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, and entertainment environments.
