Entertainment major Disney India has leased nearly 1.75 lakh sq ft of office space at RMZ Ecoworld in Bengaluru's Bellandur.According to property data analytics platform Propstack, Disney (India) Private Limited has taken 1,74,959 sq ft across the sixth and seventh floors of RMZ Ecoworld Series 20. The office space has been leased from Vismaya Infrastructure Private Limited.The lease, which is scheduled to commence on February 1, 2026, has been signed for a tenure of five years. Disney will pay a monthly rental of about ₹2.01 crore, translating to a rental rate of ₹115 per sq ft per month.The agreement includes a security deposit of approximately ₹12.07 crore and a rental escalation clause of 15 per cent every three years.Bellandur and the Outer Ring Road corridor remain among Bengaluru's most sought-after office markets, driven by the concentration of technology companies.Published on June 2, 2026
