The businesswoman, 29, who won The Apprentice earlier this year, took to social media where she spoke candidly about body image and health.‌The reality star was keen to speak out how winning Lord Alan Sugar's reality show and, as a result a £250,000 investment for her beauty and cosmetics company, Kishkin Skin, but admitted that she is "not doing well" in other aspects as her busy career has took over.‌Speaking in a video posted to Instagram, she said: "Hi, I’m Kish. And in the last year my life has done a complete 180. I’ve moved house, started a business, went on The Apprentice, won The Apprentice, got engaged and now I’m planning a wedding alongside Kishkin’s world domination.‌“My life flickers between filming content, packing boxes, planning marketing campaigns, doing podcasts, interviews and even winning awards."Life may look great on social media but the God honest truth is that I’m not doing very well." Karishma then played a video where she appeared to be crying over her struggles.‌She added: "Whilst my career may be on an upwards trajectory I’ve completely neglected me, my mental health and my physical health. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been. My body is my biggest insecurity but not because of my curves or because of the number on a scale."But because I’m in my 20s and I’m always exhausted. I was showing up for myself for the first time ever [in the past], and now I’m back at square one."The star then concluded her emotional post by vowing to take up exercise again so she can invest in her future self. She added: "With everything going on in my life I’m just not sure I can do this all over again.‌"This body is all I’ve ever know so I’m kind of doing this for future me, so it’s back to the gym, back to training with Keisha, back to eating intentionally but to be really honest, I’m giving this one last shot. So I guess, let’s see what happens.”‌Karishma, from Surrey, previously recounted the moment Lord Sugar told her she had won and would be receiving his £250,000 investment, and said: "I was so blown away, so shocked - but I kept it very cool. Then, I got in my car and I was screaming. It was just insane - I can't believe I've gone and done it after not having watched the show, I feel like that's so cheeky.Explaining his decision on the hit BBC show, Lord Sugar said: “As always, it was close competition in the final after two outstanding pitches by two brilliant young businesswomen. But Karishma really impressed me throughout the process and has proven why she deserves my investment."She’s a proper grafter and she’s got that entrepreneurial spirit that I always look for.
