Telangana has emerged as a symbol of self-respect, progress and inclusive development since its formation, said Mohammed Azharuddin, Minister for Minorities Welfare, on the 12th State Formation Day.Mr. Azharuddin was speaking at the celebrations in the Jagtial Collectorate, where he paid rich tribute to martyrs, students, employees, intellectuals and others whose contributions to the Telangana Statehood movement were immense. He added that the State had made progress in several fields and continued to work towards inclusive growth.The Minister underscored the government’s initiatives in welfare, education, healthcare, infrastructure, agriculture, employment generation and minority welfare.
