Fresh legal trouble is mounting for Sean “Diddy” Combs, as the hip‑hop mogul now faces a new probe by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. According to the report, Hay said that he was working on a Christopher “Biggie Smalls” Wallace remix with Biggie’s son, CJ Wallace, and Diddy would show up, at times, while they were working, TMZ reported. Diddy, who was Biggie’s longtime friend, mentor, and producer, helped make him a huge star before Biggie’s 1997 L.A. murder.What Happened in 2020 and 2021The two alleged incidents took place in 2020 and 2021, when Hay claims he ended up alone with the mogul inside a room on separate occasions and at different locations. In the first incident, Hay alleges that Diddy masturbated into one of Biggie’s shirts before telling Hay to “come finish him off” in a sexual sense, according to TMZ. He further claimed that Diddy took the shirt he had ejaculated into and threw it at him.In the 2021 incident, Hay claimed that he flew to L.A. to resume his project with CJ, but again ended up inside a room with Diddy. He alleges that Diddy called him a “snitch” and forced his penis into Hay’s mouth.
