There are also fires at two locations in open areas, including one near a kindergarten," Klitschko announced via Telegram.Earlier that day, the country's Air Force had alerted citizens to incoming ballistic missiles before the military called on Ukrainians to seek shelter.It further revealed that Russia had launched attacks on Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia, hours after missiles were believed to have been fired towards Ukraine from the Caspian Sea.Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had warned the nation on Monday that a "massive" Russian strike could be imminent."Intelligence warnings regarding Russian strikes remain in effect.
