Among the snaps she shared was a selfie of Lewis and her riding a bike.The next slide showed a video of Kim and Lewis biking together and she can be heard squealing as their bikes nearly collided. The pair sparked dating rumors after a "romantic meetup" in Paris in early February 2026, according to a report by People.In March, People confirmed that Kim and Lewis were vacationing together in Tokyo with all four of her children.Kim was previously married to Kanye West.
