Jun 2, 2026 – 12.00pmTasmea is expanding into the fast-growing data centre, with the ASX-listed engineering and maintenance business spending $254 million to acquire Victoria’s Maxim Group, an electrical contractor which specialises in providing wiring and cabling for digital infrastructure assets.Even before it announced the purchase, Tasmea had already become a market darling with a fourfold increase in its share price since its debut in August 2024.
