He apparently shared the news during a radio chat, saying that there would be "no more" instalments of the show.Speaking on Ed Gamble and Matthew Crosby’s Radio X show, he said: "They did not renew a season two.""These things happen," added the star, who came third in his series of Taskmaster behind runner up Desiree Burch and winner Alan Davies. The series aired earlier this year, with a description saying: "Comedian Guz Khan takes on the wild world of car modification. With zero mechanical know-how, he teams up with best mate Lumboo and mechanic Darryn, hitting car meets and learning from passionate modders as he builds his own daring custom creation."Eight episodes of the show aired, and it won over viewers, with one posting on X at the time: "I was pleasantly surprised... it is actually a good show full of 'Car Nuts'.""This was great!" someone else said on the platform, which was formerly Twitter. They added that Guz, who is also known for Man Like Mobeen, The Last Leg and The Russell Howard Hour, was "hilarious" in the series.Someone else posted online: "Sooo not my thing... However, found it quite amusing, he doesn’t take anything too seriously.""Went in with low expectations but thought it was corny but alright tbh," said somebody else.Article continues belowOne viewer remarked on IMDb.com: "Let's be honest.... no-one expected much from this, but despite that it IS an enjoyable watch.
