Russia directly notified European capitals last week that it was supposedly preparing to launch a large-scale strike on Kyiv and advised diplomats to leave the Ukrainian capital.

Details: Opening the forum in Kyiv on 1 June, Sybiha addressed the ambassadors and other representatives of the diplomatic corps in the room and thanked them for staying in Kyiv despite threats from Russia.
He also said Russia's Foreign Ministry had directly approached every European capital to warn them of a planned large-scale strike.
