A 2013-batch Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer, Y. Balaji Kiran, has been appointed Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of the newly created South Coast Railway (SCoR) Zone, headquartered in Visakhapatnam.Mr. Balaji Kiran, who is serving as Deputy General Manager (DGM) of SCoR, has been entrusted with the additional charge of CPRO, according to an Indian Railways release.He has previously served as Senior Divisional Operations Manager (Sr. DOM) of the Guntakal Division and Senior Divisional Commercial Manager (Sr. DCM) of the Secunderabad and Hyderabad divisions, railway officials said.
