Perfect breakfast, brunch, lunch...any time of the day!"Scrambled eggs with garlic butterIngredientsTwo to three eggs, lightly beaten with salt and pepperOne tablespoon of oilOne tablespoon of butterTwo cloves of garlic, choppedFive to six mushrooms, quartered or slicedOne tablespoon of flour3/4 of a cup of milk1/4-1/2 teaspoon of chilli flakes1/4 teaspoon of mixed herbs1/2 teaspoon of black pepperSalt, to taste50g of grated cheeseContent cannot be displayed without consentMethodPour the oil into a pan and heat it, then add the beaten eggs and stir with a spatula until fully scrambled. Stir in the flour and chilli flakes, cooking for a further minute.Pour in the milk, stirring continuously, then add the remaining ingredients and cook on medium-low heat until the sauce thickens.Fold in the cooked scrambled eggs and scatter over fresh parsley if desired.
