MANILA, Philippines — A planned meeting on Monday between Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano and Vietnam President To Lam has been called off.
Although the Senate was prepared to host the Vietnamese president, the Senate Public Relations and Information Bureau announced Thursday that Vietnam had called off the meeting with Cayetano.
No reason has been provided for the cancellation, as of writing.
