President Donald Trump called for the immediate dismissal of a lawsuit blocking a proposed White House "DronePort," arguing the project is critical to national security and warning that delays could put Washington, D.C., at risk.
Trump Fight Over White House DronePort Lawsuit On Sunday, in a post on Truth Social, Trump described the proposed facility as "perhaps, the most sophisticated anywhere in the World," arguing it would strengthen defenses for Washington, D.C. against modern threats.
He criticized U.S.
District Judge Richard Leon, writing, "Leon should stop playing games with America's Security," and suggested the judge could be held responsible if "Death and Destruction" occur in the future.
Trump also attacked the underlying lawsuit, calling it a "ridiculous" legal challenge brought by what he described as a "highly litigious woman" who lacks legal standing.
