Ukraine has undergone a quiet revolution in the skies, building a massive aviation force that fields between 25,000 and 40,000 active combat UAV pilots and roughly 80,000 total personnel participating in drone operations. The aggregate number of all non-North American NATO pilots sits at around 15,000. The force includes the elite Unmanned Systems Forces alongside dedicated drone units operating across more than 100 maneuver brigades.
