Megan Young: "I love getting stronger for myself so that I can be stronger for my family."Megan Young shared her fitness journey by giving a glimpse at how her body changed from one month to a year after giving birth to her son, Leon.

In an Instagram post, the celebrity mom shared that she slowly got back into fitness after getting cleared by her OB-GYN.

“Months 1-4 I was doing light walking, eventually lifting weights again but still wasn't at the point that I wanted to be. I was still 25lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight. In total, I gained 50 lbs during my pregnancy,” she wrote.
