Israeli attacks across southern Lebanon killed at least two people, including a paramedic, and wounded four others as bombardment intensified across the region.

A drone strike on the town of Jebchit killed a young man, while a separate attack in Ansar targeted a water fountain near the Husseini Club, killing a paramedic from the Islamic Risala Scout Association and injuring four people, Lebanon's official National News Agency reported.

Israeli warplanes also struck near the Lebanese Relief Hospital, damaging several departments. Hospital officials said all medical, nursing and ambulance staff escaped unharmed.

Elsewhere, a powerful air strike hit the entrance to Kfarjouz in Nabatieh, destroying a commercial complex and a number of shops. Israeli attacks also targeted Mefdoun, Arnoun, Kfar Tebnit and Deir al-Zahrani.

An air strike near Sheikh Ragheb Harb Hospital in Toul destroyed nearby businesses, while the town of Aishiya came under drone attack for the first time.
