Munich airport suspended operations completely for more than an hour on the morning of 30 May, likely due to a drone observed over the site. The airport resumed operations at around 10:05.

Details: Stefan Bayer, spokesperson for Germany's Federal Police, said all activity on both runways had stopped and a large number of police officers had been deployed to the scene. "At around 09:00, pilots reported a suspicious sighting," he said.
He said what was likely a drone had been spotted near Munich airport.
