ANC Women’s League is expected to meet to discuss a way forward on the integrity commission’s findings on Sisi Tolashe.
ANC Women’s League (ANCWL) will hold a special National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting to discuss the future of its president, Sisi Tolashe, after she was instructed to resign as both an ANC Member of Parliament and ANCWL president.
The meeting in Boksburg on Saturday is expected to focus on the findings of the ANC Integrity Commission, which found Tolashe guilty of misconduct in public office.
ANC secretary-general Fikile Mbalula is expected to deliver the opening address.
The ANC’s decision follows growing pressure on Tolashe after President Cyril Ramaphosa removed her as Minister of Social Development.
