From customised Rolls-Royces and luxury watches to a home inside the world's tallest building, Sanpal's lifestyle has become one of the biggest talking points from the show. Yet behind the flashy cars and designer labels lies a story that began far away from Dubai's luxury towers, in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, where a school dropout dreamed of building a successful business.Today, Satish is known as a real estate entrepreneur, but his path to wealth was far from straightforward.From school dropout to aspiring entrepreneurSatish Sanpal has often spoken about his beginnings. Born and raised in Jabalpur, he came from a middle-class family and was never particularly interested in academics. According to his own account, he left school after Class 8 because he wanted to focus on business rather than education.At just 17 years old, he launched a grocery shop with financial support from his mother. The venture marked his first step into entrepreneurship. While the business did not turn him into an overnight success, it gave him valuable lessons about risk, money and perseverance.Speaking about his younger years to Curly Tales, Satish "I am from Jabalpur. It has been 15 years since I shifted to Dubai. I came from a middle-class family. At 17, I started a grocery shop. My mother funded it for me. I studied only till eighth grade. I wasn’t interested in education, but I had bigger dreams. I wanted to make money. The reality of life is that money is everything."His life changed when he visited Dubai for a friend's wedding around 15 years ago. During the trip, he began exploring the city's growing business opportunities and eventually decided to relocate there. The move was not easy. Satish has admitted that he struggled for years before finding his footing. Like many entrepreneurs, he experienced setbacks and uncertainty before achieving success.How Dubai's real estate boom transformed his fortunesAccording to Satish, the turning point came during the COVID-19 pandemic. While many investors were cautious about the future, he chose to invest heavily in Dubai's real estate market.He later revealed that he put nearly everything he had into property investments during a period when market conditions were unpredictable. As Dubai's property sector recovered and demand surged, the value of many of those investments reportedly increased significantly.The success encouraged him to expand further into real estate development. Drawing from earlier construction experience in India, he established ANAX Development under the umbrella of ANAX Holding. Today, the company is involved in luxury real estate projects across Dubai and has become a prominent name in the city's high-end property market.One of the projects that brought additional attention to Sanpal's business ventures was ELLE Residences Dubai Islands. The development gained international visibility as the Middle East's first residential project associated with the globally recognised ELLE brand, as reported by ANI.His business achievements have also earned industry recognition. Over the years, Sanpal has featured in several business rankings and leadership lists across the Middle East. He was also honoured with the Golden Excellency Award for contributions to the UAE's real estate sector and economic development.Life in Burj Khalifa, luxury cars and philanthropyWhile his business success attracts attention, it is often his lifestyle that makes headlines. Satish and his wife, Tabinda Sanpal, currently live in the iconic Burj Khalifa. During interviews, the couple has spoken about life inside the landmark building, joking that the only thing they miss is fresh air because the windows do not open.However, they may not be living there forever. The couple revealed that they are constructing a massive new residence in Dubai Hills on a 50,000-square-foot plot. According to them, the property will feature parking space for around 40 luxury cars.Their collection already includes six Rolls-Royces, with one customised in pink for their daughter Bella. The family has also attracted attention for luxury purchases ranging from designer handbags and rare watches to gold jewellery and exotic supercars.Despite the public fascination with their wealth, Sanpal has repeatedly stressed the importance of investing. He has said that most of a person's money should be invested rather than spent, even while enjoying financial success.
